All those who have put their faith in the Lord Jesus are children of God, irrespective of where they worship. An active faith in Christ is a result of accepting the free gift of eternal life through the sufferings, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ our Lord. However, there are different ways believers chose to walk before God. More importantly, Jesus told us how to walk before Him. He left nothing our personal prejudice. In Matthew 10 where Jesus focused on soul winning and presenting the gospel to our lost world. Starting from verses 32 “Whoever acknowledges me before others, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven. 33 But whoever disowns me before others, I will disown before my Father in heaven. 34 “Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. Last week John was so much in a hurry that he couldn't see the traffic light!  Wasn't intentional but the police arrest you in spite of you great intentions. At the sight of the police stopping, he even got madder. He was all focused on getting to the meeting before his "no-nonsense" boss gets there. Carol set the her food on fire, gently paced to the living room barefoot to catch up with her daily soap. What an episode she watch yesterday! Now she wants to see what happened after that! Did the man die? What happened to his dog? How will that couple separate, she was lost into the television when the anger infesting smell of her burnt food hit her. SUDAN: PASTOR RELEASED The Rev. Kuwa Shamal, one of four men detained in Sudan since December 2015, has been released. During a Jan. 2 hearing, the judge ruled there was not enough evidence against the pastor. Kuwa, along with three other men, had been charged with “crimes against national security” in Khartoum, Sudan. The trial for the Rev. Hassan Abduraheem, Czech aid worker Petr Jasek and Abdulmonem Abdumawla, a student, will continue Jan. 9 when defense lawyers are scheduled to present their case. The three men face several criminal charges, including “waging war against the state” and “spying.” If found guilty, these men could face the death penalty or life in prison. Mr. Jasek, a former hospital administrator with 20 years of experience in health care, has previously assisted VOM in providing care to persecuted Christians in Sudan and Nigeria, including medical care for Christians attacked by Boko Haram. In 1967, a young missionary from Germany Reinhard and Annie Bonnke and their little son arrived the shores of South Africa following in the footsteps of countless hundreds of thousands of European and American missionaries who laid down their lives in Africa, Asia and South America. As the Bonnkes worked in Africa, he became more and more restless, dissatisfied with the results the apostolic mission fields was producing. He had seen a persistent vision of an Africa blood washed. The apostolic missions saw South Africa as their allotted portion to evangelize, but Bonnke saw all of Africa from Cape Town to Cairo, from Kenya to Cape Verde. He once calculated the number of years it would take his mission post to reach the 700 million population of Africa as per the results of their converts then.
