This transformation is not mechanical but organic — a growth process that mirrors the natural development of life. Just as a seed germinates, matures, and multiplies, so the believer, having received Christ, becomes a new creation, grows in faith, shares the gospel, and multiplies disciples. This essay explores the four stages of organic spiritual growth: New Creation , Spiritual Maturity , Evangelism , and Discipleship Multiplication . We learned three things: 1.
